Harmony Field Trip to Austin

Cathy and Emma, along with representatives from other Houston-area Harmony schools, visited the state capital in Austin this month. They watched the legislature in session and met a couple of representatives.

Girl Scout Weekend

Cathy and the girls went camping in January as part of the Girl Scouts Leader/Daughter weekend. This was Claire's first time camping as she just started scouts this year.

They worked on crafts -

The Oil Ranch

The kids had a day off from school one Friday, so we took advantage of the nice weather and drove out to the Oil Ranch. Since most other area schools were in session that day, we had the whole place to ourselves.

On to feeding the cows. For an Aggie, about the only thing a longhorn steer is good for is barbecue. For the kid's sake, I let him live another day.
